Daisies
Daises are seen throughout the Patagonian desert during the spring and summer months. White daisies are the main flowers seen in this desert, but you may also be able to spot other colors such as pink or red. Daises grow in large field patches across the desert.
Buttercup Flowers
The buttercup flowers found in the Patagonian desert are similar to other buttercups in different regions of the world. These flowers are yellow with thick green stems scattering in patches throughout the desert. Buttercups in Patagonia die during the cold winter months, but soon return in the spring.
Patagonian Fire Bush
The Patagonian fire bush, also called the Chilean fire bush, is a strange-looking flower with red petals that shoot out in every direction simulating a fire. These flower bushes are tall and thick with green leaves that protrude outward from several angles of the stems. The Patagonian fire bush can reach heights of up to 10 feet tall.
Orchids
Orchids are lovely, exotic flowers that are also seen in the spring throughout the Patagonian desert. The color spectrum is wide, featuring yellow, white, red and pink orchids, just to name a few. These flowers enjoy the sun and can grow up to 2 feet tall.
