Performance
The 2010 Fiat Punto has various optional fuel-efficient engines, with Fiat MultiAir and MultiJet diesel technology. The Punto 1.3-liter MultiJet engine puts out 75 horsepower, the 1.4-liter MultiAir turbo engine puts out 135 horsepower, the 1.6-liter MultiJet engine puts out 120 horsepower and the 1.4-liter gas engine puts out 77 horsepower. The Punto has an optional sport chassis for the three-door model. The Punto also has low CO2 emissions, and is equipped with a GSI (gear shift indicator) that notifies the driver when it's the best time to change a gear. The 2010 Punto engine is designed to have less road noise and better control on the road.
Interior
With a redesigned interior and seating, the Punto is equipped with a voice-activated Blue&Me system that allows the driver easy access to cell phones, MP3 players, steering wheel operations, the trip computer and screen navigation. The Blue&Me system also gives tips on drive in a way that helps the environment, based on the driver's use of the Punto. With Fiat's "Centro Stile" interior, the Punto is equipped with quality materials, including a Piano black panel at its sound system, five seats, front electric windows and an adjustable steering wheel. There is also an interior ambient light installed in the Punto for driving in the dark.

For 2010, the Fiat Punto has a bold body design and a redesigned exterior that features a stronger body structure and a new front bumper and grille with encased fog lights. The Punto has advanced headlight and fog light technology, with fog lights that automatically blink when changing lanes. The Punto's headlights are manufactured with the "Follow me home" headlight technology, which has headlight bulbs that stay lit during the dark after the driver and passengers exit the Punto. The Punto is also equipped with daytime running lights, and rain sensors that determine the amount of rain that hits the Punto's windshield and automatically start the windshield wipers.
