Community Colleges With Environmental Health Programs

Environmental health graduates can help protect our planet.

Environmental health is playing an increasingly important role in society. Workers in the field provide protection, prevention, and sustainability of the natural resources that society depends on. Environmental health careers help to ensure that businesses comply with regulations established by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration, as well as assisting with the cleanup attributable to non-compliance or accidental causes. A number of community colleges offer two-year programs for those wishing to enter the environmental health field.
