The Wagner Mobile Home and RV Park features a large swimming pool fed by the waters from the hot springs in the area. The park keeps the water at a constant 92-degree-Fahrenheit temperature. The park has two hot mineral water spas and two cool spas for guests and residents to enjoy. The clubhouse has a full kitchen and recycling bins for all kinds of products to help keep the community green. The park provides laundry facilities and has three buildings for showers and bathrooms. The landscaping is mature. The Wagner Mobile Home and RV Park hosts potlucks for guests and residents, provides barbecue areas and hosts morning coffee mixers. Sands RV and Golf Resort


The Sands RV and Golf Resort has 520 landscaped spaces and a full complement of amenities and services for its guests. The park has a nine-hole golf course, tennis court, leash-free dog park, fitness center, billiards, darts, indoor shuffleboard and a laundromat. The park teaches water aerobics and has two hot tubs. The RV resort also has a fitness center with workout equipment. All the hook-ups are available at each site and the park has 30/50-amp power. Each resident or guest has her own private mailbox and wireless Internet access is provided. The Sands RV and Golf Resort has been age restricted since opening. Its activities are geared toward seniors, which is a large market in the Palm Springs area for permanent residents and seasonal visitors. Guests and residents of the Sands can use local services for food and recreation. Visitors can also tour the nearby Cabot's Pueblo Museum, an early 1900s homestead consisting of a four-story, 5,000-square-foot building that Cabot Yerxa homesteaded and built from materials he salvaged from the surrounding desert.
