Get Rid Of Liver Spots Age Spots & Dark Circles Under The Eyes

Many people want flawless skin.

No one likes to deal with having to get rid of dark circles under the eye , age spots, and liver spots but they happen naturally with age. Age spots or liver spots are small, brown spots typically caused by over-exposure to the sun. Age spots are harmless but can impact appearance. Heredity and poor health are common causes of dark under-eye circles. It can seem impossible to get rid of age spots, liver spots and dark under-eye circles regardless of cause.

Instructions

Diet

1. Fresh vegetables nourish the skin.

Eat foods plentiful in iron and Vitamin C. These nutrients help to mend and nourish skin. Dark circles under the eyes and age spots or liver spots can be an indicator of a vitamin deficiency.

2. Cut back on high-fat foods and salty foods. Salty foods cause water retention under the eyes and makes the dark circles stand out.

3. Drink six to eight glasses of water daily to remove harmful toxins and keeps the skin moist.

4. Try to restrict alcohol, sweets and caffeine. These inhibit circulation.

Home Remedies

5. Apply fresh aloe vera gel on age spots or liver spots to help reduce color. Rub the age spots or liver spots with fresh garlic or red onion. The color should lighten in a few weeks.

6. Use the old spoon trick to get rid of dark under the eye circles. Place two teaspoons in the refrigerator until they are cold. Lay them over your eyes for about 15 minutes. You can repeat this as needed with another two spoons.

7. Break a Vitamin E capsule in half, cutting in the in the middle horizontally. Apply the oil straight on the liver spots and do not rinse. You can repeat this daily. You can take Vitamin E supplements for the same results.

Sun Exposure

8. Limit sun exposure. Sun exposure can worsen age spots and dark under-eye circles and could darken them. No sun exposure is best but if you must go out doors, avoid the sun between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. when the UV rays are the strongest.

9. Apply sun block regularly. Studies show those who use sun block have fewer age spots.

10. Wear clothing that protects your skin from the sun. Wear a hat to protect your face.

Tips Warnings
